Cancellation Policy

FOR CLASSES: PAYMENT Initial payment must be made at time of booking. A minimum deposit must be made to hold your scheduled time or payment pay be made in full at the time of the booking. The remaining balance is due at the time of the class. Payment may be made by cash, check, credit card or debit card. Payment plans are available by request, but payment in full must be completed at the start of the class or service. CLASS CANCELLATION Group classes will be cancelled if there are less than two separate participants/couples enrolled in the class. You will be notified no later than 48 hours in advance. You will either be offered the same class at a later date, or if no date is available, you will be offered a full refund. A private class may also be taken instead for the standard private class rate. CANCELLATION POLICY Due to the amount of preparation required for classes, prenatal class cancellation must be made no less than 5 days in advance AND prior to your 37th week of pregnancy for a full refund. If a cancellation is made less than 5 days but more than 24 hours in advance, you may reschedule your class or transfer to another class booked at no more than 37 weeks of pregnancy. Cancellations received less than 24 hours without rescheduling and no shows forfeit their deposit. If you deliver prior to your class that was scheduled at 37 weeks or less of pregnancy, you are entitled to a full refund. Please notify me as soon as possible if you have delivered prior to your class. Any classes scheduled after the beginning of your 37th week of pregnancy are only eligible for a partial refund (less the deposit) if you deliver prior to your class. If you experience a pregnancy or infant loss prior to your class, you are entitled to a full refund and the minimum notification guidelines do not apply. BOOKING: CHILDBIRTH PREP CLASS AND COMBO PACKAGES Classes must be scheduled to be completed prior to your 37th week of pregnancy. If you are unable to do this, or are within a few days, please contact me and we will come up with a plan. Any classes scheduled after the beginning of your 37th week of pregnancy are only eligible for a partial refund (less the deposit) if you deliver prior to your class. For this reason, please book and schedule your classes early in your pregnancy. FOR LACTATION SERVICES: PAYMENT Payment for phone and virtual lactation services are due at time of booking. Payment for in-person lactation services are due at the time of service. Fee is per hour and every 15 min increment thereafter. Fee will be collected in full at the completion of a lactation visit. Accepted forms of payment include cash, check, or major credit card. If you would like to submit the visit to your insurance / HSA / FSA for reimbursement, an itemized receipt/super bill will be provided to you per your request. If you are planning on reimbursement, it is your responsibility to check with your insurance provider regarding your coverage. This LC cannot guarantee reimbursement. CANCELLATIONS For lactation visit cancellations, please contact me at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations less than 24 hours may be subject to 50% the cost of one hour of service if not rescheduled.
