When I became a mother, I quickly learned that breastfeeding isn't always intuitive—and that having the right support can make all the difference. When I began my own breastfeeding journey, I lived in an area with very limited lactation resources and had little support from family. There were moments when I felt overwhelmed, isolated, and unsure where to turn.

Those experiences inspired me to become the support I wish I had. They also fueled my passion for lactation education, which led me to earn my Bachelor's degree in Maternal and Child Health and dedicate my career to helping families navigate their feeding journeys with confidence.

Today, my mission is simple: no parent should have to navigate feeding their baby alone. I provide compassionate, evidence-based lactation support through in-home visits for both expecting and new parents, allowing families to receive personalized care in the comfort of their own home. Whether you're preparing for your baby's arrival, welcoming a newborn, returning to work, or facing feeding challenges, I'm here to meet you where you are—with knowledge, encouragement, and compassionate support.

I know firsthand how overwhelming it can feel to wonder if you're doing everything "right." My goal is to provide a calm, supportive space where your questions are welcomed, your concerns are heard, and your family's goals are always at the center of our time together.

Outside of my practice, I'm a proud mom of three. When I'm not supporting families, you'll often find me with a good book in hand or working on a craft project. Those quiet creative moments remind me of the importance of slowing down, finding balance, and embracing each season of life—something I hope to help every family do as they begin their own parenting journey.
